Step one
Sign in
Create a Meta-Me account, or sign in to the one you have. Your first 30 days are free, then it is £8 a month and includes every Meta-Me app.
Step two
Tell it about one conversation
Think of the last useful conversation you had with someone you work with, and tell the CRM about it in the chat, typed or spoken. Who it was, what was said, anything either of you promised. It creates the person and records the rest.
Do it again after your next few calls. It gets more useful with every one.
Step three
Check Today, and answer its questions
Open Today the next morning to see what it has picked up and what is still open. If it was unsure about anything, you will find a card in Review: one tap to keep it or let it go.
